There are four bedrooms in this home: one room has a plush king-size bed while the 2nd room has a queen-size bed. Bedrooms three and four both have twin-over-full bunks, making them ideal for younger guests and or a family of 3! With four bedrooms and two full baths (as well as an outdoor standing shower to help rinse away the salt and sand from visits to the beach), this home sleeps up to 10 guests very comfortably. Two family dogs are also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee. After booking, we will send you a copy of our short-term rental agreement and arrival and departure instructions, we also ask for you to provide a copy of your ID for verification. Parking is available in right on the property. We ask that the booking guest is at least 25 years of age. Great for family with kids. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
