Your check-in time is 3 p.m. (Unless you have an early check-in.)

You will be receiving a door code 30 minutes before your check-in time. Please let us know in case you don’t receive it. There are 2 ways to unlock the door: When SCHLAGE is on the keypad, please press it before you key in your door code. When SCHLAGE is NOT on the keypad, please press the check mark after you key in your door code.

Here are some more tips: Please listen to the sound of the lock before trying to open the door or enter the code again. In case the lock doesn’t open, please gently pull the door handle towards you and try to enter the code again. If it still doesn’t work, you can always give us a call at281-763-7774.
