The front house is a 100-year-old newly renovated 3 bedroom two full bath home, the Casita is 1 bedroom 1 bath. The home is secured with external camera’s for your convince. Including an amazing outdoor deck with a Gas Grill, fire-pit and outdoor seating. Located 5 minutes from Downtown San Antonio, 1 mile to the Pearl Brewery, and many more downtown attractions. Great for large families, or those traveling for work for a conference. You get both homes! The main house (Bungalow 1927) was built in 1927 located in the Historical District of Tobin Hill, in San Antonio, on the same property located behind the house to the left, down the long 3 car driveway there is a private guest house (the Casita). Walk into the Bungalow, you will see the original nearly 100-year old hardwood floors, windows, and fireplace. It has an open living room with plenty of seating the comfy sofa is a queen sleeper, two swivel side chares, a TV-stand with stools, and Smart flat screen TV. The large dining room can fit 8 people around it, enjoy the shared space with a large desk you can use your laptop on, using our hi-speed wi-fi internet. The dining room is open to a chefs dream kitchen is fully stocked, a large butcher block island with extra seating and barstools, granite countertops, new appliances including and a wine fridge, microwave, gas stove, and coffee pot. The hall bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and large closet for your belongings. The sunroom has a trundle bed with memory foam mattresses, books, 2 twins beds, and you can access it from the living room and hall bedroom. The newly remodeled hall bathroom is gorgeous with black and white penny tiles, there is a walk-in shower and a French Spa Tub to relax in. You will love the spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed, smart flatscreen TV and private bathroom with gorgeous penny tiles! The luxurious master walk-in shower has 3 shower heads and large walk-in closet for your belongings. Enjoy and relax with the high-quality linens and bedding. Off of the Kitchen, there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and back deck. Walk out on the back deck to grill or enjoy the firepit, there is lots of seating and outdoor lighting! Walk into this perfectly designed house, you will see a kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, including a coffee maker, and microwave, open to an iron and wood bartop table with 4 chairs, you can eat and also work on your laptop using our high-speed wi-fi. The Space is open to the living room which has a comfortable queen size fold out sofa bed and beautiful leather chair, watch TV on the large Smart flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub you can relax in and dry off with plush towels. The bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable high-quality bedding and a flat-screen Smart TV. Open up the curtains to let in the natural lighting and view of the shared and amazing outdoor deck with a propane Grill, Fire-pit and outdoor seating. You will see families walking their dogs with their children, people riding their bikes to local hot spots and you will fall in love with San Antonians! You can get around via walking, a bike rental, uber, or city transportation. We ask that the booking guest is at least 25 yrs old, great for family’s with kids. The inside fireplace is not to be used, please enjoy the fire pit on the back deck.
