Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms to include a Master Suite with a king bed. The two other rooms have queen beds. There is an additional full bathroom with double sinks and a bath tub.

Garrett is that dream come to life! It is the best place for a family getaway. It has everything; culture, amazing world renowned food, history with the Alamo, and museums. It’s minutes away to the River Walk, Theme Parks - Fiesta Texas & Sea World, Texas Hill Country, Wineries and the list goes on and on! We loved everything about this city. We are a quick uber ride to the historic Pearl Brewery and The River Walk. The food is amazing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night snacking and even for my favorite, brunch! We knew we wanted a place here and our dream came true when we saw this neighborhood and this home. We knew this was the one we wanted. It's almost 100 years old and the charm is unbeatable!
