The calm waters, combined with breezy conditions on beaches like Cabarete and Kite, make it a center for water sports. North along the coast, Encuentro Beach is known for its surf breaks. Restaurants and bars cluster along Calle Principal, the town’s main street, near the waterfront. Our home is in view of a private beach about a 5 minutes cab ride to Cabarete, you get to have your own personal paradise!!

The Space
Walk in to this beautiful Mediterranean penthouse. You will see beautiful tile floors and breath taking Mahogany ceilings. The open living space has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The large dining table can fit 6 People around it. The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with tile countertops and backsplash very traditional for the island. The hall room has 2 double beds With a beautiful window that leads to a balcony and private bathroom. The master has a King size bed , a seating area wardrobe, Private walk in bathroom with 2 gorgeous private balconies. You can enjoy your coffee from one of the 3 terraces watching the sunrise over the beach. You will need a car or take a cab if you want to go into the town of Cabarete although there is a small village within walking distance with quaint cafes. We have a discounted private cab company on call that can drive you into town at a very low cost. Our repeat customers love the quiet and serenity of the area.

Enjoy a central location near some of the city’s most popular neighborhoods.
Walk to The Gulch and explore local boutiques, a vibrant nightlife, and one of the hottest food scenes in the city. You’re also near other sought-after areas, including Edgehill Village. Or, take a quick rideshare to downtown to visit the convention center and iconic Dominica Republic attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium are also a short drive away.
