House Rules:

• Guest must be 25 years or older.
• No parties, events or smoking allowed.
• Absolutely no cats.
• Dogs are allowed to stay on premise for a fee however they are not allowed on bedding nor any furniture or blankets and if they are there will be an additional fee.
