The City Of San Antonio

What’s on your bucket list? Do you have the cities you want to visit? Well, San Antonio, Texas should be on your list! This historic city is full of vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and breathtaking sites. This is the site of the famous battle of the Alamo! The battle was fought between Texans and Santa Anna’s Mexican army in 1836. Even though they were defeated, it still paved the path for Tejanos to gain independence from Mexico at the battle of San Jacinto later that year. This historic city is the birthplace of Texas independence, and if you decide to travel here, go visit the Alamo where the battle took place. The San Antonio magazine says that the Alamo is one of the most haunted places in the city. Spooky right? History buffs and paranormal activity fanatics go crazy! Not only is San Antonio full of rich history, but the city is also filled with fun things to do! Check out the Riverwalk where shops, restaurants, and more are located right on the San Antonio River. You can see some of the local artwork and the historic missions on your walk and get a glimpse of the amazing culture of San Antonio.

If you enjoy a crazy roller coaster ride, you should definitely go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. One of the most popular rides is the Scream that reaches high into the sky and can be seen if you’re anywhere near the park.
