Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, pre-approved, fee applies). No cats. Dogs must be leashed outside, kept off furniture and bedding, and only non-aggressive breeds are allowed.

All additional guests or pets must be approved ahead of time; extra fees may apply.

Public transportation isn’t available in this area of New Braunfels, but Uber and Lyft operate locally for convenient rides to and from town.

Parking is located just across the street with room for 2–3 vehicles. Please be aware that five emergency sirens are positioned along the river between Canyon Lake and downtown New Braunfels. If you hear a siren outside of a scheduled test, immediately move away from the water, cross the street, and return to your vehicle.
