Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood! Please keep things quiet after 10 PM. No parties or illegal substances.
Fresh Air: We are 100% smoke-free (inside and out).
Extra Friends: There is a small $10/night fee for additional guests.
🐾 Pet Policy (Pups Welcome!)
We love dogs! Up to 2 pre-approved dogs are welcome (no cats, please).
Fees: $25 one-time deposit + $10/night per dog.
Pet Manners: To keep our linens pristine, please keep pups off furniture and beds ($50-$250 cleaning fee applies).
Safety First: Dogs must be leashed, have current tags, and be non-aggressive. Please scoop the poop! 💩
Important: All guests must sign our Rental Agreement before arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 fine.
The entire home is yours to enjoy! You’ll have full, private access to the interior, the riverfront backyard, and that stunning sunset deck. The only thing you’ll share is the river itself!
Parking is available on-site, and you’re just steps away from Roy’s Rental next door for all your gear.

⚠️ Safety First: The River Sirens
Your safety is our priority! There are five emergency sirens along the river between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels to alert you of potential flash floods.
The Rule: If you hear a siren (and it’s not a scheduled test), immediately move away from the water. Cross the street and return to your vehicle in the parking area.
