Wear a collar with ID and rabies tag
Be well-behaved and non-aggressive
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Booking & Security
All guests must complete Know Your Guest ID verification before arrival.
You will choose between:
A refundable damage deposit, or
A non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, balcony, and outdoor spaces. The backyard provides direct river access for kayaking, floating, or simply relaxing by the water. Self check-in is available via smart lock for your convenience, and parking is provided across the street.
The home is best accessed by car, with parking available across the street. Downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, and other local attractions are just a short drive away. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available, though availability may be limited during peak times.
